The Role

You will lead complex, high-end landscape and pool projects from start to finish. As the main point of contact for clients, you'll be responsible for bringing their vision to life—on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

1. Attend client meetings and site walkthroughs
2. Evaluate site conditions and perform layouts
3. Develop and maintain client relationships
4. Prepare quotes and proposals for various project scopes
5. Interpret construction drawings and materials specs
6. Manage project timelines, workload, and budget
7. Lead a skilled team of landscapers and trades

What You Bring

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or landscape project management
2. In-depth knowledge of outdoor construction techniques and materials
3. Budgeting, scheduling, and leadership skills
4. Familiarity with Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar platforms
5. Valid G-class Ontario driver's license
